Thanks for reading my comments on Zoho Writer. I found it very intuitive. The collaboration, sharing and publishing tools are very useful and easy to use. The website has a great look, too. I'll definitely try out the other services there.
The loss of formatting control compared with desktop-based applications is a problem no web-based service I've found yet has solved. Not that I've perused them all. For what my measly little user opinion is worth, I'd give Zoho a thumbs up. :-)
